削除要求を送信する / Submit deletion request
現在の Google Forms URL は support intake と共通ですが、アプリへ戻れないユーザーの 削除要求受付として運用しています。認証済みアカウントの確認が必要になる場合があります。
削除対象 / What gets deleted
- クラウドへ同期されたプリセット、セッション履歴、Plus entitlement 状態
- Synced presets, session history, and Plus entitlement records stored in the cloud
- Firebase Authentication / Firestore / Workers deletion flow に紐づく関連レコード
処理方針 / Processing policy
- 削除要求の受付は即時に記録します。
- 本人確認が必要な場合は追加案内を行います。
- 検証済みの削除要求は通常 30 日以内の完了を目安とします。
- Requests are logged immediately, may require verification, and are typically completed within 30 days.
