削除要求を送信する / Submit deletion request
[email protected] 宛に、件名「Dimodoro アカウント削除」で送信してください。 本文には、Dimodoro のログインに使う Google アカウントのメールアドレスと、 アカウントおよび関連データを削除したい旨を記載してください。
Email [email protected] with the subject “Dimodoro account deletion”. Include the email address of the Google account you use to sign in to Dimodoro and state that you want your Dimodoro account and associated data deleted.
対象アカウントの本人確認方法は返信で案内します。ログインに使うメールを利用できない場合もご相談ください。 パスワード、認証コード、身分証明書、カード情報は送らないでください。
We will reply with steps to verify account ownership. Contact us even if you cannot access your sign-in email. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment card details.
メールアプリが開かない場合は、上のアドレスをコピーして普段のメールから送信してください。
If the link does not open your email app, copy the address above and send the request using your usual email service.
削除対象 / What gets deleted
- Dimodoro のログイン用アカウント、クラウドの設定・バックアップ・履歴・Plusの利用権情報、公開した共有ルーティンと関連データが対象です。
- This covers your Dimodoro sign-in account, cloud settings, backups, history, Plus entitlement records, published shared routines and associated data.
- Google アカウント自体は削除されません。他の利用者が取り込み済みのルーティンのコピーや、端末にだけ保存されたデータは、メールから遠隔消去できません。
- Your Google account itself is not deleted. Email requests cannot remotely erase copies already imported by other users or data stored only on your device.
処理方針 / Processing policy
- 依頼を確認し、本人確認の手順を案内します。本人確認済みの削除要求は、通常 30 日以内の完了を目安とします。
- We review your request and explain how to verify ownership. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
- 削除後の再保存防止と旧アカウントからのデータへのアクセス制限のため、内部識別子と記録の作成・更新日時を必要な間保持します。固定の日数は設けず、半年ごとに必要性を見直します。削除処理の最小記録と関連するサポート対応記録は、処理完了後90日以内に削除します。
- We retain the internal account identifier and record creation and update times while needed to prevent data from being saved again and restrict data access through the deleted account. There is no fixed retention period for this record; we review the need every six months. We delete the minimum deletion-processing records and related support correspondence within 90 days after processing is completed.
- 認証・クラッシュ情報など、利用サービス側の保持期間や削除時期はプライバシーポリシー第5節をご確認ください。30日の目安は運営者の対応についての説明です。

Plus の定期購入 / Plus subscriptions
アカウント削除やアプリのアンインストールだけでは、Google Play の自動更新は停止しません。 Google Play の定期購入で管理できます。 Plus利用中も削除依頼を受け付けます。残りの利用期間や請求の扱いは、削除処理の前に個別に確認します。
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel Google Play auto-renewal. Manage it in Google Play subscriptions. You can request deletion while using Plus. We will clarify remaining access and billing before processing deletion.
